🛸 Seattleite

I have lived in Seattle, Washington for almost 25 years, since October 2001 when I moved here from Cottage Grove High School in Oregon. I graduated as one of four Valedictorians with 4.0 GPAS also including Jana Fox, Lindsay Tullar, and Lindsay Tullar (I believe??). We each got to give a speech, and mine was called Be Yourself.

I moved to Seattle after high school to live in a bigger city and learn how to be myself. It took me 21 years but by the age of 42, I have finally learned to be myself, and I have Seattle to thank for raising me to be a smart, worldly, nature-loving, thoughtful, artistic, food, music & culture loving person. I learned to lead, how to be kind, and how to avoid giving the Seattle Freeze as much as could.
