Defend America, defend our constitution

American cities belong to their residents and are not training grounds for the Department of War. We own and pay for the streets and the land and we the people deserve to decide what happens here.

Our cities are not perfect, they are bastions of democracy and a self governing people working together to enable life, liberty and justice for all. Freedom is messy, and military occupation may look cleaner but it is not freedom. If you think this will help cities, I encourage you to visit one instead of looking at videos online.

Cities are the foundation of our economy and sending troops in will turn them into war zones, stripping our freedoms and right to self govern, and hurting our economy which will eventually hurt all Americans and ripple out to the world as a whole.

If Trump sent troops into a foreign city, it would be big news and a declaration of war, and this is no different. This attack on US cities is unjustified, unwanted and un-American.
